Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (closed for sorting 10am-11:30am)
Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (closed for sorting 10am-11:30am)
Sunday 10:15 AM - 1:00 PM - no incoming mail
Box Requirements
Two (2) valid forms of Identification from each of the section below are required for ALL boxes:
Amazon Packages
It is important that any Amazon packages being sent to your P.O. box be carefully routed by USPS only. Any deviations in the shipping process will delay your shipment and could result in packages being returned to Amazon.
Unclaimed Packages
If you are planning to receive packages or are contacted that packages are in the post office, we can keep them for a maximum of 5 business days. After that time you must make arrangements (In writing) for someone else to pickup these packages or they may be returned to the sender since we do not have the storage space for these packages.
Forwarding Updates
When you are leaving for the season, please return your keys (for outside boxes) and submit a forwarding card to Betty OR please visit usps.com and fill out forwarding for your box. There is a small fee $1.00 for this service but it is very efficient and you will have a copy of your forwarding data.
